The Day Pusher plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and productive operation of drilling rigs during their daytime operations.
They supervise and lead the drilling crew, overseeing all drilling activities, equipment maintenance, and adherence to Arabian Drilling's HSE and Operations policies and procedures.
In this role, the Day Pusher acts as a key liaison between the OIM and the drilling crew, ensuring clear communication and problem-solving to achieve daily drilling objectives while strictly adhering to the well program.
