Key Requirements

  • Six months of experience as a Caseworker Trainee
  • Successful completion of the County Social Caseworker Intern Program
  • Bachelor's degree with a social welfare major
  • Bachelor's degree with 12 college credits in related social sciences and one year of professional social casework experience
  • Equivalent combination of experience and training with 12 college credits in related social sciences
  • Acceptable background check including FBI, PA State Police, and ChildLine clearances
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening
