Job Summary
Provide timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations including coordinating the auditing of all required financial statements, related disclosures, and other client deliverables.
Manage multiple engagement teams and prepare end-of-engagement evaluations for staff, understanding skillsets and capabilities of Senior Associates and Supervisors and monitoring and reviewing their work product.
Develop others within the Firm through facilitating levels based or industry training, advising on career development or participating in other Firm initiatives.

Salary
Base: $89,800 - $170,500; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance; Benefits: Competitive benefits and compensation package

Key Requirements
BS/BA Degree in Accounting or equivalent
CPA or CA Certification
5+ years public accounting experience
Experience leading teams and mentoring
Understanding of GAAP, GAAS, FASB or IFRS
Minimum of 4 years team lead or in-charge experience
