Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Construction Project Management
  • 3+ years Construction or Properties Project Management experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Knowledge of PPM Software
  • Ability to analyze financial accruals and create budgets
  • Understanding of building codes and construction processes
