Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of orientation and continuing education programs to ensure training is engaging, effective, and compliant with licensing and agency standards.
Deliver new hire orientation and ongoing training in areas such as crisis prevention, safety procedures, and company policies, while coordinating schedules and monitoring certifications.
Evaluate training outcomes, conduct needs assessments, and keep training materials current and engaging to foster a safe, informed, and high-performing workforce.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Services, Human Resources, or related field
2–3 years of training coordination or staff development experience
Knowledge of DHS 83 regulations strongly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend trainings
