Job Summary

  • Act as first-line responder for electrical issues during assembly, wiring, commissioning, and testing, supporting daily production to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and takt compliance.
  • Develop SOPs/WIs, process flows, control plans, inspection standards, and wiring diagrams, ensuring alignment with BOM/MES/ERP and driving process standardization.
  • Use data to drive improvements in FPY, repair reduction, and downtime reduction, producing reports and leading problem analysis activities.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation
  • 8+ years electrical experience
  • Solid understanding of electrical architecture, safety circuits, PLC/drives
  • Skilled with EPLAN / AutoCAD Electrical
  • Familiar with 8D, FMEA, CP, MSA, 5Why
  • Experience with customized product introduction
  • MES/ERP or smart manufacturing experience
