Job Summary Support project management by coordinating and supervising construction site operations to ensure timely, quality, and safe project delivery in compliance with Singapore regulations. Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects to meet schedule and quality standards Manage and supervise daily site operations to ensure work progresses according to approved specifications and timelines Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, and material usage to optimize resource allocation Ensure all construction activities comply with project requirements, drawings, and quality standards Enforce workplace safety and health practices aligned with Singapore regulations to maintain a safe site environment Conduct regular site inspections and promptly resolve technical and operational issues to minimize delays Prepare and maintain project documentation including method statements, progress reports, and updates for stakeholders Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to address technical and coordination matters effectively Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline Knowledge of local authority requirements and safety regulations in Singapore Familiarity with submissions to authorities such as BCA and MOM At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry, preferably with a main contractor Experience in construction site management, coordination, and supervision Ability to work independently in a fast-paced site environment
