Applying NDOT design standards and policies
Managing approximately 100 annual permit reviews
Nice-to-have
Experience with OnBase workflow systems
Familiarity with NDOT Roadway Design Manual
Customer service skills for external applicants
Ability to work independently on complex projects
Experience with utility attachments and storm sewer systems
Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent for Level I
Coursework or experience in design/drafting for Level II
Three years of highway civil engineering design for Level III
Valid driver's license or ability to provide independent transportation
