Base: 100,000.00 – 110,000.00 USD per year; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: 401(k) plan with matching company contributions, Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care, Paid parental leave at 100% of salary, Paid Time Off and Company Holidays, Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay

Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience in luxury hospitality, event planning, high-end retail, fine dining or related field
Minimum of 5 years management experience for hourly and salary level employees
Proven track record of managing complex client relationships
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
