Employees are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, and suspected violations of protected health information immediately to supervisors.

Salary
Base: $18 to $22 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, overtime, or premiums; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and 7 paid holidays
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Complete documentation for incidents and care plans

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Cooperate effectively with inter-departmental personnel
Demonstrate patience with disoriented or comatose residents
Participate in regular nursing shift meetings
Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Training on specific care tasks and equipment usage
