Job Summary

• The Product & Transformation Manager – MES / Digital Manufacturing is responsible for driving end-to-end digital transformation programs and managing MES / Digital Manufacturing product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with enterprise transformation goals.
• Lead end-to-end transformation programs—including planning, roadmap definition, system design, deployment, and stabilization, and manage complex, multi-site digital initiatives such as MES rollouts, asset master data initiatives, IIoT/ML implementations, and AMS support.
