  • Responsible for leading the Sales Department, including operations, sales performance results, employee supervision, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensures successful achievement of all monthly sales & CSI objectives for the dealership, Autoguard Tier 3, and MOC reputation.
  • Works with upper management and Human Resources to make hiring and discipline decisions, assists sales team, and trains/supervises sales team.
