Job Summary

• The Assistant Attorney General will be responsible for representing the Department for Children and Families before the Human Services Board and litigating Family Division cases before the Vermont Superior Courts.
• Other duties include contract review, related administrative legal work, and training family service workers in all aspects of the litigation process.
