Supervise Audit Associates and Seniors on engagement teams and function as an in-charge facilitating field work by monitoring and reporting regarding productivity and adherence to work plan schedules on each assignment.

Salary
Base: $58,500 - $94,000; Bonus/Equity: discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance; Benefits: competitive benefits and compensation package

Key Requirements
BS/BA Degree in Accounting or equivalent
CPA, CA, or ACCA certification
4+ years public accounting experience
Minimum 4 years financial statement audits
Minimum 2 years team lead experience
Understanding of audit services
Proven record of building client relationships
Experience in valuation methodologies
Experience reviewing audited financial statements
Experience with management fee calculations
Directing and deploying staff and senior associates
