Job Summary
The role involves supporting patients and clients in the Naples, FL region by training and educating combined CT/Heart Failure programs on the proper use of the Impella device.
Candidates will be responsible for full customer immersion within 5.5 sites to ensure optimal patient outcomes and assist with the adoption of the full Impella portfolio.
The position requires maintaining contact with customers to evaluate clinical needs while collaborating with internal teams including Surgical Leadership, Engineering, and Clinical departments.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree
5+ years direct patient care experience
CVICU or CVOR direct experience
Cardiac transplant ECMO or LVAD center experience
Impella device training and support
Willingness to travel and take call
Nice-to-have
RNFA NP PA Perfusionist licensure
Hands on Impella support experience
ECMO patient care experience
Clinical demonstrations and successful trainings
Strong interpersonal skills with physicians
Key Requirements
Minimum Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree
5+ years direct patient care in cardiac centers
Direct experience in CVICU or CVOR settings
Valid driver's license issued in the United States
Availability for emergent patient care call rotation
