Job Summary
The candidate will join the Remote Monitoring Service Center based in Hong Kong to handle customer inbound enquiries related to Building Management System daily operation.
The role requires handling customer enquiries and complaints to ensure effective and timely resolution, monitoring the BMS panel, and escalating unresolved technical issues to the engineering team.
Overnight shift duty is required, and on-the-job training will be provided.
