Job Summary

  • The role requires handling customer enquiries and complaints to ensure effective and timely resolution, monitoring the BMS panel, and escalating unresolved technical issues to the engineering team.
  • Overnight shift duty is required, and on-the-job training will be provided.

Key Requirements

  • Required DSE or above
