Act as the primary point of contact for all GTS-related processes, leading requirements validation, workshops, and functional design.
Identify, recommend, and implement complex configuration solutions and full cycle configuration to meet business needs, creating and updating associated documentation.
Provide training and support to end-users and colleagues to enhance their understanding of SAP GTS functionality, compliance requirements, and best practices.
