Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of IR, Finance, Accounting, public or private equity analysis and/or investment banking
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting
  • Strong familiarity with financial modeling techniques
  • Expert proficiency with PowerPoint and complex Excel spreadsheets
  • Strong familiarity with SEC requirements
