Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school
  • Member of a state bar in the US
  • 8+ years legal experience in contract negotiation
  • Expertise in outsourcing and technology transactions
  • Experience with multi-national transactions

Nice-to-have

  • 2-3+ years at a top law firm
  • Some prior in-house legal experience
  • Mergers & Acquisitions experience
  • Ability to work under pressure

Key Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree
  • Active member of a US state bar
