Job Summary

  • The Partner Relationship Manager is accountable for managing the success of QBE’s Partners/Suppliers to deliver the best customer experience of QBE’s property claims.
  • The PRM is responsible for management of the Partner Network, working collaboratively with our partners and internal stakeholders to improve outcomes, service delivery and achievement of the Performance Benchmarks.
