Key Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED and five (5) years of related operational experience, including supervisory or lead experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical mining related discipline with at least one (1) summer internship experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Three (3) or more years of experience working in Crush/Convey Operations
