Set-up and operate CNC machines
Read and interpret engineering drawings
Apply tool wear compensation offsets
Perform basic mathematical computations
Conduct daily machinery cleaning and maintenance

Experience with tight tolerances in various materials
Ability to troubleshoot machining processes independently
Knowledge of AS9100 requirements
Experience mentoring apprentices or other machinists
Forklift license (FLT)
