Salary
Base: $110,250 - $161,700; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program; Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, adoption benefits, parental leave, 401(k) match, 80 hours holidays, and PTO

10+ years technical management experience

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Engineering
10+ years accumulated technical learnings and experiences
Proven track record in engineering leadership roles
