Key Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience as HR Business Partner
  • Bilingual: English & Mandarin
  • Advanced knowledge of Western Canada job market
  • Comfortable in a coach-like role
  • Relevant experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
  • Working knowledge of an HRIS (ideally Workday)
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
