The primary purpose of this job is to provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees are responsible for identifying residents before treatments, assisting with personal care, monitoring vital signs, and reporting any changes or incidents promptly to supervisors.
The role requires cooperation with other facility personnel to maintain adequate nursing services and to ensure resident safety and comfort throughout the shift.
