Job Summary

  • Ensure that the customer experience is delivered in accordance with the Peninsula Service Principles, achieve revenue targets and related key results, and drive operational excellence to enhance efficiency.
  • Be the manager of the designated boutique to maximize the team’s performance and execute people related initiatives as a manager, such as recruitment, performance review, handling performance issues etc.
