Job Summary

• Leads the engineering function of a high-performance operations responsible for asset reliability, maintenance excellence, utilities performance, security management, and successful delivery of capital projects aligned with long-range business strategy.
• Drives automation, IT/OT integration, and digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, sustainability performance, product quality, and ensures engineering practices comply with system and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and manage the annual operating budget, ensuring effective control and tracking of engineering overhead costs and capital expenditures, and manage the full employee lifecycle to build a multi-skilled, high-performing engineering team.

• 5-7 years leading maintenance/engineering team
• Knowledge of local government safety requirements
• Proficiency with office computer software

• Digital Literacy and Data Fluency
• Excellent written and spoken English
