Job Summary
The Trade Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring that Busch Group, USA adheres to all international trade regulations and standards.
Develop and conduct regular training programs on international trade compliance, export controls, and relevant regulations for Busch Group employees across all relevant departments.
Conduct internal audits of export/import transactions to ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Law, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in international trade compliance
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Knowledge in Export software such as SAP GTS (preferred)
Certified Export Compliance Professional (CECP) or similar certification is a plus
