Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Programs will provide end to end supply chain leadership for complex supply chain projects and product lifecycle management for the IOL, OVD and Inserters product categories.
They will be required to lead one or more Value Stream cross-functional teams and/or Life Cycle Management teams, demonstrating strong leadership, team skills, and communication skills within multiple levels of the Franchise and Global Supply Chain.
The role supports the Surgical Vision Supply Chain Organization to deliver the Product Strategy Roadmap and the Life Cycle Management Portfolio, serving as an official linkage into the Medical Device Supply Chain organization.

Key Requirements

Proven ability to partner, build consensus, lead teams through influence, and build collaborative relationships
