  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, including joiner, mover, and leaver processes, and own and execute employment documentation.
  • Lead and develop the Senior Office Administrator through regular one-to-ones, clear goal-setting, day-to-day coaching, and structured performance support.
