Fairmont Banff Springs is seeking an Event Set-Up Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of banquet rooms while ensuring exceptional guest service. Job Summary

  • Showcase your service and organization strengths as Event Set-Up Supervisor, where your attention to detail, safety and quality will help “set the stage” for a successful group functions in our Event space.
  • Reporting to the Event Operations Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following: Build daily task lists, motivate your team, and work alongside them to ensure all event deadlines are met.

Key Requirements

  • Previous guest service experience
  • Class 5 Alberta Driver’s License
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods
