• The Manager, Quality Assurance is responsible for supporting and maintaining compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and applicable regulatory requirements.
• The annual base pay for this position ranges from $129,556.80 - $194,335.20 with eligibility for short-term incentive bonuses and equity-based long-term incentive programs, along with comprehensive benefits including retirement, paid leave, and health coverage.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or related field with 5+ years experience
• Master’s degree with 3+ years experience or PhD with 1 year experience
• Experience in GMP-regulated environment
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and global regulatory requirements
• Experience with deviations, CAPAs, investigations, and change control
• Experience supporting batch release and product disposition
• Familiarity with audit processes and regulatory inspections
