Oversee daily operations of the TID department, providing guidance to technology teams including infrastructure, help desk, cybersecurity, and applications support.
Partner with the Director of TID to set strategic direction, establish departmental goals, and manage TID budgets, acting as second-in-command in the Director’s absence.
Drive process automation, system integration efforts, and digital transformation initiatives, while providing 24/7 support for mission-critical systems.
