Must-have
Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
Experience in energy efficiency and sustainability
Knowledge of ISO 50001 certification standards
Proficiency in IoT and Smart Building technologies
Strong project management and vendor coordination skills

Key Requirements
Degree in engineering (building technology, energy technology) or state-certified technician/master craftsman
Proven experience in technical building management and energy efficiency
