FAM Brands is seeking a Senior Manager of Packaging Design to lead and innovate packaging for a range of apparel brands. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fashion packaging, team leadership, and a strong understanding of sustainability and regulatory standards

Job Summary

  • Lead the end-to-end packaging design lifecycle—from concept through production—while managing a talented creative team and collaborating closely with cross-functional partners.
  • Ensure packaging is innovative, brand-right, functional, cost-effective, and aligned with sustainability and regulatory standards, all while mentoring designers and driving best-in-class execution.
  • Report into our acting CMO and Creative Director, Marketing Services, acting as a key leader within the creative organization.
