You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.
As part of the Accounting team you are expected to prepare and deliver accurate reconciliation and reporting of accounting activity.
You are expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while managing and inspiring others to deliver quality work.

Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar
US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
2-3 years in month-end close processes for US firms
