Job Summary
The primary responsibility of your job position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty, in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
Essential duties include assisting the Director of Nursing Services, participating in policy development, ensuring staff compliance, and managing personnel functions to maintain quality care.
The role requires ensuring a sufficient number of licensed and certified nursing personnel are available, developing work assignments, and creating a positive work environment.
