This role serves as the people leader and technical authority for leading a diverse team of technicians in safe and effective maintenance execution.
The position is accountable for improving equipment reliability through proactive maintenance, predictive technologies, and strong reliability practices while achieving world-class safety performance.
Candidates must have demonstrated experience supporting electrical distribution systems, analyzers, instrumentation, PLCs, and DCS systems in an industrial manufacturing environment.

High voltage electrical systems maintenance
Distributed control system (DCS) expertise
Process analyzer calibration and troubleshooting
NFPA 70E and OSHA safety compliance
Reliability-centered maintenance implementation

Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing experience
CMRP certification preferred

Key Requirements
Bachelor or Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
7-10 years of experience in chemical or heavy industrial manufacturing
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
Experience with reliability-centered maintenance and turnaround execution
Knowledge of NFPA 70E, NEC, OSHA regulations, and ISA standards
