Job Summary

• The business analyst will focus primarily on supporting and enhancing an existing product line of Corporate Governance solutions, with the primary users being General Counsels, Corporate Secretaries, heads of Investor Relations, and members of the board of directors.
• The Business Analyst is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, and for integrating various data sources and existing product platforms into a cohesive, compelling, and competitively superior set of services for our core markets.
