The manager will serve as the primary on-site presence at ShipBob DFW14 to oversee kitting, bundling, and outbound freight readiness for multiple business channels.
Responsibilities include translating floor-level realities to leadership and building SOPs to prevent recurring operational breakdowns.

Must-have
5+ years hands-on warehouse operations experience
Wholesale and retail compliance knowledge
EDI and retailer-specific routing guide expertise
Kitting, bundling, and POG buildout management
Real-time exception monitoring and escalation
NetSuite and WMS inventory reconciliation skills
Nice-to-have
Leadership presence with charisma or intensity
Experience scaling high-velocity operations
Proactive problem-solving mindset over reactive firefighting
Ability to bridge internal teams and 4PL partners
Key Requirements
5+ years of generalist warehouse operations experience
Background in wholesale/retail compliance including EDI
Experience with Costco and Sam's Club requirements
Demonstrated history of scaling operations under volume
