Must-have

  • 3-5 years experience in 5-star hotel or commercial property
  • Technical knowledge of HVAC, chillers, and high tension systems

  • Strong command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
  • Hands-on problem solving and emergency response capabilities

Nice-to-have

  • AutoCAD drafting skills and software proficiency
  • Registered Safety Manager or OSH Manager certification
  • Valid Macau Construction Industry Safety Card
  • Experience with Fire Alarm and ELV systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Key Requirements

  • Diploma in Electrical, Building Services, Mechanical or equivalent
  • 3-5 years working experience in similar capacity
  • Registered Safety Manager or Officer preferred
  • Valid Macau Construction Industry Safety Card advantage
