Job Summary

  • Support and further shape the Center of Excellence (CoE) for aggregation, particle, and material identification and characterization.
  • Drive innovation and develop new analytical assays for particle forensics using high-end identification equipment such as MS, Raman, LIBS, SEM-EDX, FT-IR, and various light microscopy techniques.
  • As part of an international and multidisciplinary team (15 people), you will participate in strategic project meetings, provide scientific data to support decision-making, and independently plan activities in close collaboration with local management.

Key Requirements

  • M.S. or Ph.D. in life sciences, (bio-)engineering, analytical sciences, or pharmaceutical sciences
  • Proven experience in mass spectrometry and protein characterization
  • Experience in analytical development or engineering sciences
  • strong emphasis on large-molecule assays in a pharmaceutical or other GMP-regulated industry is a plus
  • Self-starter and problem solver
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels
