Job Summary
As a Total Rewards Expert, you will co-create and develop the compensation and benefits strategy, translating business goals into specific pay and analytical solutions.
You will be responsible for implementing and developing compensation systems and salary structures, analyzing salary data (including pay gap), and preparing the organization for the implementation of the pay transparency directive.
