This role drives operational excellence by physically executing inbound freight processes, auditing receiving procedures, and implementing Shrink Action Plans.
Ops XMs provide input to store leadership on associate performance, talent planning, and selection, while coaching and training associates on company policies, safety procedures, and customer service.
