Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia
Bachelor's Degree BSN required
5 years RN experience with BSN
3 years RN experience with MSN
Current National Professional Certification
Nice-to-have
Previous specialty experience preferred
Demonstrated competence in RN III performance expectations
Experience with NDNQI nursing sensitive indicators
Leadership in interdisciplinary teams
Mentoring new graduate clinical RNs
Key Requirements
Georgia RN Licensure
