Candidates will be responsible for leading HSE steering meetings, managing claims, and conducting accident investigations while collaborating with various site teams.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Level 6 Certificate in Health & Safety Management
In-depth knowledge of HSE legislation
Experience with ISO45001 and ISO14001 systems
Significant experience in manufacturing environment
Ability to lead accident investigations
Experience coaching and mentoring team members
Nice-to-have
Membership of IOSH
Experience with OHSAS auditing
Strong negotiation skills
Self-motivated and high energy
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to influence at all levels
Key Requirements
Level 6 Certificate in Health & Safety Management or equivalent
IOSH Membership preferred
Significant experience in similar role within manufacturing industry
