Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to plan, organize, and direct the overall operation of the Activity Department to meet residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial needs.
The role requires keeping abreast of current federal and state regulations while participating in facility surveys and developing plans of correction for any deficiencies.
Employees must assist in arranging transportation for residents and ensure all charted activity progress notes are informative and descriptive of services provided.
