Job Summary
The Senior Associate Digital Renewal Representative is responsible for managing multiple customer renewal cycles across regional accounts, ensuring timely, accurate renewals while supporting customer retention and growth.
This role engages directly with customers on renewal discussions, identifies churn risks and expansion opportunities, and collaborates with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and partners.
This role is Monday to Friday with an expectation of being in-office 4 days per week.
