Job Summary

  • As a Client Success Manager, this role is responsible for partnering with enterprise and strategic clients to provide exceptional service and success for onboarding, training, ongoing support, and renewal and/or expansions.
  • Workday offers a flexible work approach combining in-person and remote work, with at least half of the time spent each quarter in the office or in the field with customers, prospects, and partners.

Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $99,800 USD - $149,600 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $90,300 USD - $160,400 USD; Bonus/Equity: role may be eligible for bonus/commission and stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

  • 5+ years customer success or account management experience

  • Experience educating clients on products
  • Comfortable working with global, cross-functional teams
  • Experience with HR/recruiting software
