Job Summary

  • We are embarking on an exciting Digital Transformation program and are ready to push the boundaries and deliver engineering best practices to elevate the digital experience of our customers.
  • You’ll lead a community of engineers supporting the E2E Service Journey crew - specifically focused on Deceased Estates and Authorities, shaping the engineering culture, driving DevSecOps maturity, and embedding full-cycle engineering practices across squads.
  • We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half their time each month connecting in office, and we offer many other flexible working options available including changing start and finish times, part-time arrangements and job share.
